Having a pool is an amazing way to cool off, relax, and have fun – but it comes with its own set of responsibilities. Annual Pool Service:

When the pool is open, we will do the following on a weekly basis:

  • balance water
  • maintain a warranty log on your pool
  • inspect pool equipment pad
  • inspect pool returns
  • visually inspect the interior surface of the pool
  • remove any large debris from the bottom of the pool
  • clean and inspect robot cleaner
  • place the auto cleaner in the pool and start
  • brush ledge/steps if needed
  • clean skimmer basket

When the pool is closed, we will do the following on a monthly basis:

  • balance water
  • add chemicals as needed
  • visual inspection of equipment pad

Monthly Pool Service:

When the pool is open, we will do the following on a monthly basis:

  • inspect pool returns
